Poppy Barley is a Canadian shoe brand based in Edmonton. All shoes are handmade in ethical factories in Mexico. Rooted in e-commerce, Poppy Barley approached us to launch their summer-long shop-in-shop, a pop-up that operated through summer 2017 in the Nicole Bridger Flagship (now closed).
We managed a grand opening event with media, social influencers and VIPs in attendance. A “photo floor” riffed off #ihavethisthingwithfloors to encourage social sharing, and one of the founders was present for interviews.
As a result of the event and subsequent media outreach, the shop-in-shop earned over 733,000 impressions across print, online and social media posts.
