MILK devised a comprehensive social media strategy, transforming Combine’s Instagram to showcase three unique pillars: Fresh Farm Ingredients, Day to Night, and Community Connection. These focuses allowed us to position Combine as a unique restaurant concept in Vancouver’s Lower Mainland.

In addition to our social media strategy, we devised a unique Influencer Outreach program for Combine through the MILK Social Club, a VIP group of the city’s most renowned food influencers.

Through the Social Club, we were able to tap into Vancouver’s influential diners by inviting them for a meal at the restaurant,

in exchange for a unique discount code designed for their followers, encouraging engaging user-generated content about their experience.

The MILK Social Club delivers targeted promotion of Combine’s services, booking incentives for an influencer’s audience, and a continuous flow of quality content generating interactions on social media. In six months, we locked in close to 20 unpaid influencer visits, with organic content reaching close to 100,000 people in the Lower Mainland.
